TROPICAL COLORS
is a family owned and operated business located in the lush rainforest on the Big Island of Hawaii. We started our business in 1987 because of our love for farming the beautiful exotic flowers.
The Big Island of Hawaii or “Orchid Island” is known for it’s vast agricultural diversity and beauty. It is also known for it’s active volcano which produces the cinder in which some of these flowers are grown. We also receive an annual rainfall of up to 157 inches per year. These conditions are perfect environment for growing tropical flowers.
Hawaiian flowers are known for their exceptional quality, long vase life and availability throughout the year. For any occasion Tropical Colors’ flowers are the perfect gift.
